Harmony In All Things: An Ultra Instinct Life (Lessons From DragonBall & Socrates)

To be so unfit you can’t feel your own might as you hoist heavy weight up past your face, or to be so unconditioned you can’t enjoy a summers trail run, is villainous

If you think that’s mean, fair enough. But Socrates, famous smart man, also thinks being unfit is a crime:

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

But to the other extreme, I believe that to diet so strictly you can’t ever enjoy the outright heavenly pleasure of pizza and nugs is an even worse crime.

Socrates May disagree with that, or maybe he would of liked pizza and nugs, who knows? He also didn’t wear shoes, fuckin’ weirdo.

Another who embodies this philosophy is Son Goku from Dragon Ball Z. He lives his life to the fullest whilst also taking his health and fitness seriously and always with a smile!

My point here is that you need to find your personal medium, health is more than programs and diet plans. Happiness is important too.
