How Many Sets Do We Train Per Muscle Group?

Training volume, an undying debate! But thankfully some very smart people have figured out, roughly speaking, that very high volumes of training result in less muscle growth and that very low volumes of training result in less muscle growth, therefore the ideal number of sets to do in a workout is around 10 before you start seeing diminished returns (as long as you’re actually training hard).
