Y’know when you’re just an average fan of a series, let’s say DragonBall for instance, and you see people arguing over the dumbest shit you’ve ever seen? It's exactly the same with fitness.
Almost anybody who has ever taken a dip into personal development knows the power of goal setting, you can’t hit a target that you don’t aim at. Yet almost everyone I speak to mess this up straight away; they set their goals (and therefore their criteria for failure) too damn high.
What are the key components of fitness? They are muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and body composition, Lifting weights improves all five of these things, so why aren't more people doing it even though it's the only way to make you look and feel like an anime character?
